Promoting goodwill and networking between building owners, managers, and contractors. Educating all people involved in the operations of maintaining office buildings.
The Purpose of this Association are as follows:
- To promote the advancement of sound engineering practice and the observance of high professional standards in the operation and maintenance of office, institutional, group residential, commercial and industrial buildings;
- To encourage mutual cooperation and assistance among its members;
- To aid and assist the dissemination of pertinent information and data, the advancement of educational opportunities, and the exchange of ideas in furthering improved building operation;
- To cultivate good fellowship and networking among its members of the Association and other relates associations.
